    Flute Technologies through Flute Services collects information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular User or User’s device (“Personal Information”).  Personal Information does not include (a) publicly available information from government records (b) Deidentified or aggregated User information; (c) Information excluded from the CCPA’s scope such as health or medical information covered by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) and the California Confidentiality of Medical Information Act (CIMA) or clinical trial data; or personal information covered by sector specific privacy laws (for example Fair Credit Reporting Act) .     Flute Technologies gives users the opportunity to opt out at the point where Flute Technologies requests information about the user.
