However, if you believe someone is using your Flute account sign in, or using your credit card information on their Flute account without your permission, immediately go to the drop-down menu at the top of your app, and message us via the ‘Help’ button at the bottom left of that page. In the subject line, write ‘Security Breach’ and provide us with as much detail as possible.
