The process of using promotional offer is as follows:

Step 1: Order the drink/product you have been offered by a brand or advertiser at a bar anytime (before the offer disappears or expires);

Step 2: Pay for the drink as normal, using your chosen method of payment;

Step 3: Photograph the receipt and upload it to the Flute app using the camera in the Redeem section. Flute will send the rebate to your wallet immediately (if successful);

Step 4: Tap Withdraw Rebate button, select withdrawal amount, enter debit card information, tap Withdraw button.  The rebate will show up in your back account instantly.

Brands and other advertisers will identify you based on demographic and consumption patterns. The more you use Flute, the more likely you are to receive an offer. In some cases, brands or advertisers will ask for consumer feedback via mobile survey. Participating in these surveys lets brands know that you are an active and valuable respondent, which will give you priority for future offers.

Please make sure the receipt clearly shows the following:

1. Venue Name
2. Date
3. Brand Name
4. Price greater than rebate

Note: You cannot share receipts. If another user has used the receipt, it will be rejected.

Today, Stripe Inc. is the custodian of all financial data. Stripe is PCI DSS compliant.The data that you input goes directly their vault. Flute does not have access to your financial information.
